In Hagerstown, Maryland, a man named Anthony Jacob Fritz was arrested on Friday for reportedly making threats to bomb a Maryland Vehicle Administration (MVA) building where he worked. Fritz, an employee at the MVA on Colonel Henry K. Douglas Drive, is facing charges for making threats of mass violence and arson.
