Police State There Is No Threat Of Harm To Students Of The School; Other Locations Targeted
On Friday, September 5, 2025, Easton Police were dispatched to the Saints Peter and Paul Elementary School in Easton, Maryland in reference to a report of Malicious Destruction of Property.
When police arrived on the campus of the Catholic school, they were shown areas where the International Transgender symbol was spray painted along areas of the school property. These symbols were also found on a portion of the fence near the Hampton Inn, two nearby stop signs, and an exterior of a wall along Dover and Higgins Street. Investigators were able to obtain a picture of the suspect who was covering her face.
Later on September 5th, Officers located the same grafitti in the following areas: Park Street at Dover Road, Park Street at Point Lane, Kemp Lane at Dover Road, and J&K Wine and Liquors. At approximately 10:30 p.m. officers were dispatched to Ulta Beauty on Marlboro Avenue for a suspicious person spray painting the ground in the area. While enroute, dispatch provided additional descriptors of the suspect, which matched the suspect in the earlier photo.
As officers were looking for the suspect, an Easton Police Officer observed a subject matching the description provided by dispatch in the area of the Talbot Town Shopping Center. Upon making contact with the suspect, identified as Ms. Sian Radaskiewicz-King (32) of Easton, Maryland, officers noted that the suspect was wearing a pair of very distinctive shoes, matching ones found on surveillance footage. Officers were able to gather enough evidence to arrest Radaskiewicz-King for the grafitti. Radaskiewicz-King was then charged for the incidents.
On September 6, 2025, Detectives of the Easton Police Department, with the assistance of the Talbot County Sheriffs Department, executed a search and seizure warrant on the residence of Radaskiewicz-King. Investigators served her with a second arrest warrant, charging her with the following: Religious Property: Deface , Malicious Destruction of Property $1000+, Disturbing School Operations, Trespass on Posted Property. She had previously been charged with 4 counts of Malicious Destruction of Property and 4 counts of Use of Hate Symbol. She was later released to the custody of the Talbot County Detention Center.
Investigators are still encouraging anyone with information related to the this investigation to contact the Easton Police Department at 410-822-1111. Residents are asked to check surveillance systems to see if additional video of the suspect has been captured.
The incident at the Catholic School was particularly concerning because of the recent shooting by a transgender individual on August 27, 2025, at Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis, Minnesota. During a morning Mass celebrating the first week of school, a shooter opened fire through the windows of the church, killing two children—an 8-year-old and a 10-year-old—and injuring 17 others, including 14 children aged 6 to 15 and three elderly parishioners in their 80s. The shooter was later identified as transgender. However, there seems to be no connection between the shooting and the graffiti in Easton and police determined that no one was in danger in the Easton events.
