An individual named Reginald Harrison Shockley, a 66-year-old from Parsonsburg, has been arrested by investigators from the Wicomico Child Advocacy Center on suspicion of sexually abusing a minor.
The victim came forward and reported multiple instances of sexual abuse that took place in Wicomico County several years ago.
Shockley, who is a licensed clinical social worker, had regular interactions with children due to his profession.
