(Milton, Del.) — A sexual assault lawsuit against Delaware country singer Jimmie Allen has been dismissed.
Allen’s former manager has filed a lawsuit alleging that Allen sexually abused and harassed her from 2020 to 2022.
Mr. Allen countersued, alleging defamation, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Both Allen and his former manager agreed to drop the lawsuit Thursday, according to court records.
However, anonymous plaintiffs are pursuing a lawsuit against artist management company Wide Open Music.
She accused the company of failing to protect her from the alleged abuse.
