Camp for Kids in Colorado Teaches Sex
I always loved Colorado. Since I was a child when we would go on family camping trips to the state and later as an adult taking my family there for softball tournaments, I thought Colorado was a place I might like to live. The mountains are beautiful and the wide-open spaces led to a feeling of liberty and independence.
That was more than a decade ago. But, something bad has happened in Colorado. Somehow, it has turned into a left wing sanctuary for Venezuelan gangs, crazy progressive politicians with their nutty policies, and now, sexual indoctrination for children. They, like several other states in the United States, are in a headlong race to crazy with California to complete this indoctrination.
Summer camp, something that used to be a yearly “rite of passage” for children has become a breeding ground for something quite different.
Yes, I said that correctly. Look at this ad:
Sign up for Sex Ed Summer Camp: Learning Ourselves & Our World

Here is the group sponsoring this event:
Community Sex Ed | Renée Crown Wellness Institute | University of Colorado Boulder
Imagine for a moment that you are a parent looking for a summer camp experience for your child. Most parents want to allow their children to attend sports camps, outdoor camps, art or music camps, but sex camp?
In the ad, the following is highlighted:
Some topics will include: bodies beyond the binary, the mysteries of puberty, feelings and how to navigate them, gender and sexuality, consent and communication, relationships, self-love, and SO SO much more. This justice-rooted camp will help guide your young people in their curiosities and navigate their changing bodies and this changing world.
Beyond the obvious red flags bolded above, there are two phrases that should make any parent wonder about this “camp.” First, what does the phrase “justice-rooted camp” mean? In the current context, the word “justice” usually means that some identity group out there thinks they are being victimized and the only way to get “justice” is to silence any discussion that goes against their agenda. Are kids in this camp going to walk in as semi-normal human beings and walk out as mask wearing, sign carrying activists? Probable.
The second is the phrase “so so much more.” The camp seems to be covering binary identification, gender, sexuality, and self-love (i.e. code for masturbation). What could possibly be left in the “so so much more”? The phrase poses some troubling thoughts, especially in light of the state’s drift toward minimizing child exploitation and sex crimes.
In recent years, the Colorado State Legislature has made moves that seem to indicate that, for them, child exploitation is not that big a deal:
In fact, they seem intent on not hurting the feelings of ANY sex offender:

If you think that this summer sex camp is one of a kind, you’re wrong. Here’s another one, sponsored by a group that certainly has a self-serving agenda:
Camp MEE | Planned Parenthood Southwest Ohio Region

Certainly the largest abortion provider in the world is just trying to make sure that kids don’t become one of their clients. After all, one of their camp topics is “Defining and Maintaining Abstinence.” I’m sure they encourage kids to wait until they are adults to have sex, right? I don’t think so. It’s probably a thirty second blurb in order to tick that check box off the list. Abstinence is NOT what Planned Parenthood makes money from.
They have camps in other states as well. Here’s one in Delaware:
Education and Training | Planned Parenthood of Delaware
It’s no longer enough that every State in the country teaches sex ed in the schools, now it’s being taught in summer camp as well.
Let’s not kid ourselves. There are all kinds of camps for kids everywhere. There are camps for disabled children, for children suffering from different illnesses, etc. Those camps allow children to be with other children who can understand their plight. They allow these children to have fun and be “kids.” There’s nothing wrong with that.
The camps above seem to have a different vibe. They seem more intent on creating a generation of sexually active adolescents who will grow up demanding that everyone revolve their lives around them and their personal gratification.
And, just imagine who the camp counselors will be.
Scary.
