COLLEGE PARK, Md. – Law enforcement is on the lookout for two individuals on bikes who reportedly committed a robbery at gunpoint in close proximity to the University of Maryland campus.
The incident was brought to the attention of the University of Maryland Police Department on Sunday afternoon in the vicinity of Norwich Road and Dickinson Avenue.
According to officials, the victim was approached by two individuals on bikes, one of them revealed a firearm, and they demanded valuables from the victim before escaping with the stolen items on their bikes towards the College Park Metro Station.
