Former Candidate Maryland Senate Seat Lorie Friend Corrects Democrat Spin About Maryland Governor Wes Moore

If you live in Maryland, you know all about Wes Moore. You’ve heard all the gushing on the left regarding our first Black governor, former military man and author, etc.

The sad thing is that in reality, Moore is not what the Left wants you to think. Here’s a post from a FACEBOOK group called “Everybody’s Maryland Politics.” I’m not sure who “everybody” is because the drivel in the post below is far from what residents of Maryland are feeling right now:

You’ll notice that the post mentions NO REAL ISSUES about how Moore is doing as Maryland Governor. But, thankfully, there are people on social media willing to set the record straight. One of those people is Lorie Friend, former candidate for the U.S. Senate and a registered nurse who lives in Western Maryland. She tells the truth about Wes Moore, something we will not see in the mainstream media:

FROM A MARYLANDER WHO’S ACTUALLY LIVING THIS NIGHTMARE:

by Lorie Friend

It’s wild to watch the national media fawn over Governor Wes Moore like he’s some kind of political messiah, especially in the wake of the tragic Key Bridge collapse. Let’s be clear: Marylanders aren’t exactly singing his praises right now- many of us are struggling just to get by under his leadership.

Sure, he talked a big game during the bridge disaster. But while the cameras were rolling and the press conferences were happening, real Marylanders were facing rising costs, deteriorating infrastructure, and now, increased taxes shoved down our throats. This isn’t steady leadership- it’s economic suffocation.

Governor Moore is not “levitating”- he’s floating above the reality the rest of us are stuck in, where working families are bled dry. The Key Bridge collapse was a tragedy, and instead of easing the burden, Moore and his allies are pushing policies that only add more weight. These tax hikes are pushing people to the brink. Many of us are already talking about packing up and leaving the state we love because we can’t afford to live here anymore.

It’s one thing to spin a polished national image. It’s another to actually show up for the people who elected you. Leadership isn’t about charisma or media buzz-it’s about results. And right now all we’re getting is squeezed wallets, empty promises, and photo ops.

So before America jumps on the Wes Moore bandwagon, maybe try living in Maryland for a bit. You might feel differently. – Lorie Friend

Well said Lorie.

Editor’s Note: Cheer up though if you are illegal alien, wife beater and alleged MS-13 member Kilmar Abrego Garcia. Moore has YOUR back!
